Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase (we've also experienced buyer's remorse a time or two!), you may send unworn merchandise in resalable condition back to us within 10 days of shipment date for an exchange or merchandise credit. Sale items cannot be returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

1. Please e-mail help@studio-808.com with the following information for a return number and mailing address:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Phone Number where you can be reached
  • Mailing & Billing addresses
  • Reason for Return

2. Please package the item in a padded secure enclosure.

3. Be sure to Insure your package! This is very very important, we cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in transit.

What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How can I check the status of my order? You shouldn't have to! You'll receive email as soon as your order is confirmed, and again once the package is shipped.

How can I change my order? Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be modified, But it doesn’t hurt to try. You can do so by contacting Customer Service at help@studio-808.com immediately and we will do our very best to help you.
