Studio Rules
We want to offer you the best experience when attending Studio 808, and for us to keep providing a professional experience to all our customers, we have to ensure all customers respect the studio to avoid issues. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking:
No Drinks on DJ Equipment
Drinks are strictly prohibited on or near the DJ equipment. Repeat violations will result in a permanent ban.
No Chewing Gum in the Studio
Chewing gum is not allowed.
Discarding gum on the carpet will lead to a permanent ban.
Front Door Policy
The front door must remain securely closed at all times. Leaving it on the latch or unlocked will result in a permanent ban.
Rubbish Disposal
Do not leave empty bottles or trash in the car park. This behaviour will result in a permanent ban.
Session Time Adherence
Activities must end promptly at the scheduled session time. Failure to comply may result in equipment being powered off, potentially causing data loss on your USB.

Terms and Conditions for Bookings
Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed with upfront payment. Payments are non-refundable for late cancellations but can be transferred to another date with at least 24 hours' notice.
Studio Usage
The studio is to be used solely for the purpose stated during the booking. Any unauthorised activity is strictly prohibited. Customers must leave the studio in the same condition as they found it. This includes tidying up and removing any personal items.
Equipment and Facilities
All equipment and facilities provided must be treated with care and respect. Any damages caused to studio equipment, furniture, or property during your session will be charged to the customer at repair or replacement cost.
Punctuality
Sessions will start and end at the times agreed upon. Late arrivals will not result in extended session time unless agreed by prior arrangement and availability. Overrunning the agreed booking time will incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time to avoid being charged in full. Failure to show up for a booking will result in the full amount being charged.
Health and Safety
Customers must adhere to all health and safety guidelines while on the premises. Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the studio.
Confidentiality
Studio 808 respects your privacy and the confidentiality of your projects. We request the same respect in return regarding the studio's operations and other clients.
Liability
Studio 808 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your time at the studio.
Right of Refusal
Studio 808 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group not adhering to these terms and conditions or engaging in inappropriate behavior. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of your session without refund and/or additional charges for damages.Thank you for choosing Studio 808. We look forward to working with you!
